What to do with two Lunos system with 2 installed on rocket switches that are working?

I have installed 30 lunos dual systems that are operated with rocket switches never had any trouble but now I have one out of the two in an apartment that will not shut off and doesn't switch direction the other works just fine I figured out that unplugging the green wire connector on the troubled lunos will make it change direction but it still runs constantly and doesn't change direction... obviously I have checked all my wiring but everything is fine on that end any clues or answers on what to do
We wouldn’t be able to troubleshoot that remotely unfortunately. We feature the products on our site and we have used them in a demonstration house we built but that’s the extent of our experience. Best would be to contact the manufacturer or a distributor maybe that can offer support. Fom what you mention it sounds like you have a good handle on install, how old is it? Did it ever operate properly? I’m suspecting the unit itself may be defective.
