Can you use a Lunos E2 HRV System to circulate air between two floors?

Am wanting some fans that work in pairs to circulate air between my basement and main floor. Have a long 1100 sq ft house from the 60s (you know the one). Hoping for something cheaper than a full HRV/ERV system or reducting the basement.

Using a Lunos ductless air exchanger to circulate air between 2 floors in a home would be a lot of money spent for nothing I think. Have you considered a ceiling fan? Or just a standard fan or two that blow in opposite directions? The intention of any HRV, whether it is a ductless HRV like the Lunos or has a centralized core, is to recover heat before it is ejected from home. Unless I’m missing something then I don’t see the need if ‘re just trying to move air around.
