Hi Eugene, I would say that it's certainly theoretically possible - but will depend on your Strata rules and on the construction and configuration of your building - as to whether you have access to a ventilation point outside away from sources of smell and where it is possible to install. So, I would start with Strata and ask them. Then I would suggest checking if a HRV or ERV is best to install for your area. Hope that helps!
