What options are there for pre fab Passive House kit designs?
I have recently purchased a property in the Algonquin Highlands about 20 minutes north of Minden, Ontario. There is an existing strucuture, but I am looking to put in a new Passive House on the property and then work on converting the main structure (with a cement block foundation and piers) into a garage with a 550 sq ft passive house on the main floor. Do you have recommendations for pre fab kits? I have seen the Kenogami Home and checked out house plans from Quebec affiliates and requested info from EcoHome. I also found EkoBuilt Passive House Plans and wondered if you have any affiliation with them or other pre fab providers that you would recommend I check out. Particularly any in Ontario.

The LEED Platinum Kenogami house is an exceptional build and was our first demo house, but that and our second one (the Edelweiss House) are both site builds, but our more recent one (the Wakefield House) is a kit home, and we placed it on a solar air heated slab as well, so if you're looking to knock it out of the park on passive and active solar heating, check out our solar air heated slab on grade video.
