Which of the passive home prefab kits are available in Quebec?

We are looking to build a passive home in Gore Quebec and are looking for a builder to guide us through our best options for prefab materials / kits.
All of the prefab eco-friendly modular kit houses in our Kit home pages are available in Quebec, Ontario and Northern States such as New York State, New Hampshire Vermont and Maine. You can see all the models here and read about the building performance and design. Most models also come with some ability on the part of homeowners to make minor modifications to existing plans in order to customize homes to meet the needs of individual families.
