Where can I get steel cladding like on your prefab house?

Great questions, but where are you located? The S1600 prefab kit house is manufactured in Quebec, so if you're nearby then we may be able to help you out. Otherwise I would propose you try a google search with 'metal cladding / siding' and your region, that may unearth a regional supplier. As for finding used building supplies, this page may help, though distributors come and go so if you find a new one please let us know so we can update the page, thanks!

We love the cladding that you have done on the S1600 prefab kit (we went to see Emmanuel Cosgrove's). There are many things that we liked about that design, and the materials choices; but we found out about it after we had committed to our own build. However, that metal cladding is such a beaut, and to think we could do it even more green is a definite bonus.
