Commissioning of a PV system is a critical step in ensuring that the system installation satisfies applicable safety requirements, that the quality of installation meets industry standards and that the overall performance of the system is consistent with design calculations and predicted performance.

This free course is intended for anyone interested in learning about the various activities involved in the comprehensive commissioning of grid-tied PV systems.   Those involved in procuring a PV system should have a clear understanding of what to look for in the commissioning process and in the commissioning report.   The course material will include examples of test procedures and check lists that can be adapted for specific application by those involved in the commissioning process.
