The cost per square foot for prefab modular houses varies depending on manufacturers, but expect at least $250 to $300 per sf in CAD for completed houses. Higher performing homes (more energy efficient houses) will go for a bit more, but that's a pretty hard figure to lock down since manufacturers offer different levels of completion.
The category of 'prefab' in housing is pretty wide, that can mean anything from prefabricated walls with no finishing, and some with no insulation even, all the way up to houses that are 'turnkey' and ready to move in that just arrive on a truck.
