We made this model a little larger for this customer to accommodate a separate exterior access to the lower level for a future rental income. The Ashcroft is a great model for lots with narrow frontage. This model is also well positioned to have a garage built as there is an existing side entry. A highlight of this project was the custom ceramic tile shower and black faucet ensemble. The light cascading in the window made photos of the shower quite tricky. This project is all wrapped up and turned over to the customer who has moved in.
