Just like any other industry, the Modular Housing Industry has its challenges!
I had some great customers come to me over a year ago, they had a difficult lot to place a home on and needed a "Special" Floor Plan. We had a meeting together and I went into designing a unique home for The Dixon's. We delivered this home in the spring of 2022, and I must say it was stunning!
The customers were very happy with it and so was I!! So much so that we submitted this Cottage to compete in the 2022 MHAPP year end event...Well we won an award for our efforts!! We are so proud of this home and so are Darren and Sue Dixon at Sandy Point Gull Lake!
