Atlantic Custom Homes owners Jennifer and Pascal Smith Couti know the home design and construction process inside and out.
After moving to Westchester from Brooklyn, the couple began renovating their newly purchased home and quickly discovered that their shared passion for design and construction was the start of a whole new chapter in their careers. Combining their over 30 years of corporate experience in banking, consulting, project management, and engineering, in addition to Jennifer’s extensive background in interior design, they founded their own business designing and gut-renovating clients’ historic homes.
In 2019, they became the third-generation owners of one of Lindal’s top dealerships for over 30 years, Atlantic Custom Homes. Today, the couple uses their diverse backgrounds and expertise to design one-of-a-kind custom homes that deliver the best of Lindal’s efficient post and beam building systems and always meet their clients’ unique lifestyle and budgetary needs.
