ARC has many years of housing, construction and modular home experience. Most of our business has come from word-of-mouth and repeat customers. We specialize in: Modular homes, RTMs, Cottages, Park Models and commercial structures. We offer foundation systems, skirting systems, anchoring, and complete turn-key packages.
The home and commercial modular structures are built at Shelter Homes (SRI Homes Inc) in Estevan, SK, Canada and shipped to your project site. Our sales office is located right at the factory site which makes design changes, parts orders and warranty requests more efficient.
Environmental mission and strategy (ESG)
There is a growing need to create more energy efficient homes. At ARC we can build homes to meet and exceed all of the Energy Zone requirements of the National Building Code. Our homes are equipped with high-efficiency gas/propane convertible furnaces, high U-value windows, LED lighting, NBC 9.36 Insulation upgrades & air-tight protocols, and optional HRVs. Overall, the result is an airtight home with reduced utility costs. We are offering complete solar packages & solutions.
