Established in Edmonton in 1974, Jandel Homes has been retailing manufactured homes and modular / prefab structures for over 45 years. Today, we are one of western Canada’s largest modular home retailers, with an award-winning, proven track record. We have large Sales Centres in Edmonton and Grande Prairie as well as new home developments across the province of Alberta. Jandel delivers homes and commercial structures all across the prairies [Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba], British Columbia and all over the Territories.

Jandel Homes is family owned and operated, and today, we are in our second generation of family ownership, with the third generation currently in a management position. We feel that operating as a family owned business has allowed us to maintain continuity, a familiar face and personalized service, while we continue to grow. Environmental mission and strategy (ESG)
An Environmentally Sound Choice. This modern and efficient building process is a great way to practice responsibility toward the environment. Modular buildings are about 85% complete at delivery, eliminating vehicles coming and going to the job site with deliveries of materials. Modular construction results in a 43% reduction in CO2 emissions. Ready Study.
Manufacturing facilities also keep waste to a minimum by ordering their materials to exact fitment requirements. The waste that is created is about 50-70% less than when a building is constructed onsite and it is readily recycled.
