1. Who are we?
We are licensed custom home builders who specialize in ICF (insulated concrete form) construction. We are Certified Insulated Concrete Form Builders, Certified R2000 builders, and certified by “Tarion,” a new home warranty program.
2. What do we do?
We specialize in three main areas:
a. Complete custom home construction: We turn ordinary house plans into highly crafted, energy-saving, reliable and secure homes.
b. We provide Insulated Concrete Form services to other contractors and homeowners.
c. We consult on, provide, and build with home components that are hard to find, such as:
- ICFs (Insulating Concrete Forms)
- SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels),
- Radiant Floor Heat,
- Solar Water Heating,
- Photovoltaic Solar Cells,
- Ultra-Efficient HVAC,
- Spray Foam Insulation,
- On-Demand Water Heater,

3. Why do we do what we do?
We love what we do! You would not believe how satisfying it is to say to your children, “Your daddy built that.” We are very proud of the legacy that we leave behind. The structures that we build have the potential of lasting for hundreds of years, giving homeowners a comfortable and healthy place to enjoy.
4. For whom have we done this?
We have built over 150 custom-built homes throughout Southern Ontario, with numerous renovations, farm, and commercial projects, ranging in distance from Zagreb, Croatia to Calgary, Alberta.
5. What makes us different?
a.) Each year, we only take on a handful of custom home projects. That allows us to be able to provide a standard of quality that exceeds the norm. We use our own crews and the same subcontractors for each project, which assures the same remarkable result every time. Most have decades of experience in home building, and all are masters in their trades.
b.) While some custom builders in Southern Ontario build with energy efficiency in mind, we included it in every project for the last thirty years. We bring this wealth of wisdom and experience to every project – including yours!
C.) PRICE GUARANTEE: We take care and pride in our thorough and accurate quote. We will not come back to our clients asking for more money for items that are not detailed in our proposals and contracts. Furthermore, if unforeseeable issues arise, we will complete the work at cost.
