TrYo is a duplex transformed into a triplex that accommodates families with a balance of private and common spaces.
This intergenerational and multi-family project required the addition of a floor, an interior staircase and a roof terrace. It is an excellent example of how it is possible to meet the needs of households while upgrading the built environment and gently densifying an area while respecting its architectural character of a neighborhood.
