How do you apply for government heat pump rebates and tax credits in New York?
I'm trying to get a heat pump in New York State and get a tax rebate credit as well but I'm having a hard time finding out if I'm even eligible, how do I find out if I qualify for a grant? I live in a home built in the 60s that has an oil furnace that needs to be replaced so it seems like I should be qualify but I'm not making sense of the application process and hoping for help, thanks.
