What kind of flooring would I need with a heated floor, it's new constrution.

A heated floor can have a detrimental effect on some types of flooring, but there are many options. Is this a concrete floor? The easiest way is to just to polish it, a polished concrete floor is durable and affordable, and there is no problem if its heated. It’s more a problem with solid wood, the extreme temperature changes from summer to winter than the floor needs to handle can leave cupping or warped floors. Engineered wood is the way to go if that’s your preference. It really depends on what you wanted as the finals surface, whether that’s concrete, wood, tiles, cork, bamboo, there are lots of options.
