A stunning lake-front sustainable new build custom home we BIM modeled
Situated on a large lake front lot, these clients knew exactly what they wanted. A functional, energy efficient home that allowed them to relax and enjoy after a hard day of work on their land. With horses, stables and work areas, it was important the home was well situated and took advantage of the sun and views the property had to offer.
The house design required the home to be raised due to zoning requirements. An outdoor screened porch area was key for entertaining outside in the summer months and a firepit that was easily accessible from the porch.
