Yes, it is possible to customize the plans in that the kit within the original design ethos and as long as it meets the criteria for an equivalent performance. Modifications to the plans are made by the architects by quotation. Who makes and assembles this affordable green kit home?

The kit is still in developpement. More information on the manufacturer will be shared soon.

What are the building lot requirements for siting this prefab home kit?

It is possible to have the Kit built anywhere in Quebec or Ontario as long as your land has a suitable access road for entry of the Kit parts and machinery necessary for assembly. The manufacturer has assembly and siting teams that can be deployed throughout the province of Quebec.
