Rocket's brief was to build a simple house envelope. It had to be airtight, well-insulated, healthy and super-efficient, in a “Pretty Good House” kind of way, and above all work to a very tight budget. After a blower door test of 0.27 ACH50, and minimal energy consumption, we can say mission accomplished!
