...vapor barrier? If the latter, am I okay just adhering the vapor barrier to the part of the floor that is concrete (ie, that 5" section around the floor), or should I apply all the way up the 3 cinder block walls?

...vapor barrier so there would be no need for a poly vapor barrier behind the drywall as no moisture should make it that far. If they forgot to do the joist cavities at the top I would expect you might find moisture build up there, but so much that it is running down the walls is more than we would expect to see. I’m jus...
