Does radon gas have an odor?

...in my apatment and the fire department checked it out for gas and carbon and it was ok, but could it be radon gas? Radon gas does not have an odor. The only way to know if you have radon gas in your home is to buy a radon detector. For radon mitigation, see here - How to remove radon gas from homes

How do you fix radon in a basement?

...inished I am not going to overlook any opportunity to make my home a safer place for my babies. Thank you Kindly, Ej Hi EJ, what do you mean by under your floor? Do you mean the basement floor or are you referring to the main floor and trying to prevent radon gas in the basement air from rising to the upstairs?
