Put another way, we serve our clients by helping them Articulate then Accomplish their purposes, whatever those may be. We all have intents and intentions but we don't always have a clarity as to what they are, what they ought to be, and/or what they can be. A wise counselor draws them out of us, a good guide moves us along a path in the right direction, and a competent designer creates or helps us create a plan for our vision. So we consult first, always, then if appropriate, we design.
