David Smotrich & Partners LLP is a certified WBE/DBE women owned, Manhattan based architectural/planning firm with over fifty years of professional design experience. It was founded by David Smotrich, FAIA in 1985 which was the successor firm from Smotrich & Platt, established in 1965. Deborah Homan, RLA, joined DSP in 1990 and became partner in 1998. After David’s passing in 2010, she purchased the firm and for the past eight years has been partnered with Clare Kerrigan, AIA. DSP has highly skilled architects, whom provide the client with excellent quality from studies and concept design through construction administration and post occupancy evaluation.
