Agretech is a multi-faceted aggregates company that utilizes its extensive manufacturing and logistics expertise to provide a vast array of products and services. Agretech has an unique operation that allows customers to dispose of clean, recycled and natural aggregate materials while, at the same time, offering the ability to purchase a wide range of recycled and natural aggregate products. Agretech’s Dracut location is a Mass DEP Approved facility, operating under the Massachusetts Chapter DEP Bylaw 310CMR 16 Paragraph 16.05, Statement 3E. The facility is also certified through the Town of Dracut, Special Permit #PB06-7. Agretech carefully separates all incoming materials into different stockpiles, separated by product. The materials are then processed or sold directly from the site. The processed material is first handled by an excavator with a hydraulic hammer with a second excavator, muncher and loader backing up as needed. The material being processed is fed into the crushing and/or screening plant for a variety of sizes and specifications. Agretech has an extensive line of equipment available at all times. The Dracut facility has a closed circuit crushing plant consisting of a primary jaw, cross belt magnet, 3-deck screener, cone crusher and 8 conveyors. The crushing plant manufactures both recycled and natural products into various sizes to meet MA state specifications. In addition to the crushing plant, Agretech has a double deck power-screener that is capable of screening sand, gravel, stone, loam, compost and specialty materials. Agretech services this part of the operation with two 8-yard loaders and two 100,000 pound excavators. If Agretech needs additional support or specialized equipment, it can quickly mobilize through its sister company DW Leasing. Once the processing is complete, the finished product is stockpiled and ready for sale. Agretech utilizes a new truck scale and “state of the art” software to capture all incoming and outgoing materials. Every load that enters or exits the facility is captured by photograph and recorded through Agretech’s camera system and cutting edge software. Through this advanced system, Agretech is able to improve efficiency and productivity for all customers. Agretech is recognized for its commitment to customer service.
