We have news to share: Vance Gabbart has announced his intention to retire towards the latter half of 2025. Consequently, our studio group has decided it is most fitting to wind down the two Gabbart & Woods companies while creating new companies to best serve their clients into the future. Gabbart & Woods companies will be setting their sights on completing all projects prior to July 1, 2025. In view of this date, new projects, dependent upon their scope, may be referred to the new companies in May or perhaps sooner, but we look forward to working with our clients individually to seamlessly address their specific projects and schedules. Both Gabbart & Woods Reno and Gabbart & Woods Tahoe Partners will continue to operate in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition and oversee their projects that are currently, or soon to be, under construction. All professional liability and insurance issues for Gabbart & Woods work will remain with the Gabbart and Woods companies as long as is required by law or contract.
