Our knowledge of the Midwest region, problem solving skills, and attention to detail produces effective solutions. HISTORY Upland Design LTD was established in 1998 by Michelle A. Kelly and has grown through the years by providing high quality service and design to our clients. Our first client was the Kendall County Forest Preserve District designing the Richard Young Forest Preserve in Yorkville, Illinois. Since then, we have been lucky to assist many public and private clients to find just right solutions. In 2008 we moved our offices to an historic building in downtown Plainfield which allowed us to grow our staff of landscape architects and horticulturists. In 2014 we opened a Chicago office to better serve our Chicago and Cook County clients.
