Rolluda Architects, Inc. (RAI), established in 2002 by Alex Rolluda, provides architecture, planning, and interior design services to both private- and public-sector clients. RAI specializes in the design of educational, cultural, community, transportation, aerospace, municipal and government, industrial, multi-family housing, and mixed-use projects. Located in the heart of Seattle's historic Pioneer Square neighborhood, RAI is comprised of over 40 dedicated staff members.
