Dr. William Henry is a licensed, practicing architect in the state of Florida. He was certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) in 2005. Dr. Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and four advanced degrees, including three Master’s degrees and a Ph.D. in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Henry’s main area of specialization is the role of the architect in design and construction. Having served as the architect of record on over 500 buildings across the state of Florida and other states, Dr. Henry is also an expert by virtue of application, as well as academic and proven research methodologies. Dr. Henry has served as a forensic expert witness in multiple cases involving architecture design errors and omissions, construction litigation, as well as personal injury that involve both architectural design and/or construction issues. Dr. Henry’s expert witness depositions can be viewed upon request and he is available to discuss complaints upon request following accepted forensic expert protocol. RGA-Design, LLC serves as a support organization that has helped provide discovery and research on over 50 cases in the last several years. RGA currently has in-house counsel, as well as paralegal support and field inspectors that can help in the discovery process. Dr. Henry and RGA follow established procedures for forming opinions, which include but are not limited to: preparation of timelines, code applicability reports, field discovery, as well as review of depositions.
