FGC Design LLC was founded by Flavia Cardoso, a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) with 25 years of experience in planning, design, and construction. Flavia has a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and a master's in Interior Design from Florida International University. She also holds a certificate from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Committed to the advancement of her career and the support of sustainable building practices, Flavia is also a LEED Accredited Professional. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. At FGC Design we strive to gain a full understanding of our clients' expectations and develop design solutions to fit their needs. We then collaborate with vendors and other design professionals in order to achieve the perfect balance between beauty and functionality in every project.
