The company is proud to announce that Jon Roemer and Dan Cramer are now Principals of the company. Jon Roemer has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and oversees the company’s Preconstruction & Estimating services. Dan Cramer is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will oversee the Company’s construction operations. John and Russ, as Founders of the Company, will continue to assist the J Raymond Team with its ongoing development and strategic initiatives. J. Raymond is also pleased to announce that Tom Borgia, Scott Mellen, and Adam Spiewak are Partners with the organization and remain an integral part of the leadership team. The J.
