The past four consecutive years and counting AVA has maintained the top choice builder with market share typically north of 25% of all homes under construction in Port Royal alone, as well as one of the top beachfront builders in all of Collier county. In 1951, A. Vernon Allen started the company, which would become one of the most established and finest custom homebuilders in Naples. Mr. Allen, a Kentucky native, moved to Naples and brought his trade to, what was at the time, a small fishing town.
