MTW Design Services is a design build mechanical construction firm located in Fife, Washington. The company was started in April 1993, providing HVAC and plumbing design and CAD drafting services for contractors and engineers in the Seattle-Tacoma area. Additional services offered included construction management and estimating of mechanical projects as required by our clients. In 2000, Temperature, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) services were added with the progression into systems diagnostics and building commissioning. The demand for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Coordination services became apparent in the mid-2000’s and we adjusted our services accordingly. Design and installation coordination incorporated the use of AutoCad MEP and Revitt software programs for 3-D BIM modeling. Today our services range from conceptual design of HVAC and plumbing projects through final acceptance of the project by the owner. Projects range from simple renovations or tenant improvement relocation of thermostats and diffusers to the complete design of multi-story commercial, residential and medical facilities.
