Otwell Associates Architects was formed in 1979 to provide architecture and planning services to clients throughout the southwest. Located in downtown Prescott, we offer a full range of professional services including: master planning, architectural design, historic preservation, sustainable design and interior architecture. Over the past 30 years, Otwell Associates Architects has established itself as a cultural force within Arizona. We have extended our services across the state as Architects, Preservationists, Consultants, and Planners to create and restore environments for a wide range of clients. From the beginning we have been advocates and practitioners of sustainability; designing and building some of the first solar heated homes in Arizona and employing the use of real adobe as the primary material in many of our projects. In light of the modern advancements of green building, we have preserved that mentality and are LEED accredited.
