Established in 1977 as Lisec & Biederman, LTD., and reorganized in 2011, Lisec Architects, LLC provides complete architectural services through every project phase including programming, feasibility studies and site evaluation, conceptual, schematic and definitive design; contract documents, bid evaluation, observation of construction progress, and post-construction services. In addition, interior design, space planning and master planning services are offered. Principals Michael Lisec and Alec Lisec provide design and management leadership to project architects, designers and job captain personnel, all holding degrees from accredited architecture programs. Consultants in the engineering and specialized area disciplines are retained on a specific project basis to complement our own staff in a team approach focused on the unique requirements of the building program at hand. Our approach emphasizes innovation in design, always within budget constraints, and responsible detailing throughout.
