Starting in 2001, the firm has served local clientele lacking access to quality professional services in their communities. These included mostly minority property owners and developers, privately owned educational institutions, especially child care facilities catering to children from low income families. In recent years, the firm has collaborated with larger firms to develop capital improvement projects, including new civic buildings, transportation hubs, and airports. Notable are the Public Safety Answering Center II for the Department of Design and Construction (DDC), completed in 2017, and the ongoing expansion of the Delta Airlines Terminal 4 Concourses Head House, and Delta Premium Clubs, as components of the New JFK Terminal One Redevelopment Project. The firm is also working with other consultants on the design and construction of the New York City Public Health Laboratory, adjacent to the Harlem Hospital Complex. The project was recently honored by the NYC Public Design Commission. Completion is scheduled for Spring 2025.
