CSArch was founded in 1991 by Randolph Collins and Paul Scoville as an educational planning design firm. Today, our work has evolved to represent a diverse range of building types. CSArch partners with Pre K-12 schools, colleges and universities, corporations, civic, and institutional clients to transform lives and enhance communities. The firm has offices in Albany and Newburgh, New York.
