History Joanne Bauer and Bill Latoza founded Bauer Latoza Studio in 1990 focusing on historic preservation, planning, and new construction projects. Their enthusiasm for the field of Architecture was fueled by a myriad of opportunities to influence truly meaningful buildings and sites. Bill and Joanne retired from the field of architecture in 2013. The legacy of their work has continued to grow under the current leadership of Edward Torrez and Andrea Terry.
