I was born and raised in the south end of New Bedford, Massachusetts and at an early age I found an interest in creative drawing, especially of houses. Now I'm not going to list any of the boring educational or professional experiences as for that you can check out my LinkedIn profile. But I will say this ... I believe you can never (should never) stop learning about the things you are interested in. I quit my job with a large international architecture firm in Boston to started my own company, 8TFive Studio. My wife and I were expecting our first little one AND we had relocated living with family while our new home was being constructed. I'm still not sure how I managed to float that all as a good idea to my pregnant wife. But I love my ever so patient and supportive wife Victoria along with our now two children Olivia Grace and Grayson Maverick. Oh yea, and got to incorporate our son's middle name after one of my favorite movie's of all-time 'Top Gun' ... so yup - amazing wife! I thoroughly enjoy working with homeowners to offer affordable small-scale services because I am passionate about home design. I believe we all have unique styles and want our personalities to be reflected in the home we live in.. I share these personal interests to give you a brief understanding for who I am but more importantly because the life I live directly influences my professional perspective on architecture ... and architecture is the design of life's constructed form.
