We specialize in design for problem soils such as high water tables, soft or expansive soils. Legalett slabs are Passive House Certified and an exceptionally well insulated and durable foundation.
A legalett slab with ICF walls provides an super insulated mold-free method for building basements, as it completely encapsulates concrete in foam to prevent moisture infiltration through footings and walls.
