We build buildings Using ICF exterior walls, interior roll forned liight gauge steel wall framing floor and roof trusses. Build bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and mechanical rooms full modular, install cellular concrete pitched multi hip roofs, concrete footers and basement or first floor slab on grade floors are all pre-cast concrete. Our ICF exterior walls are built to R-37.5 but can be built up to R-90, roofs are insulated from R-70 to R-90, buildings will withstand sustained winds to 250 mph (including Cat 5 hurricanes, EF5 tornadoes, Derecho's and Bomb Cyclones. Buildings are sound proof, have a higher indoor air quality than conventional homes . Our homes mitagate all 6 of the major causes of insurance claims,:Wind, Water, Fire, Mold, Termite and Earthquake damage. They are rapidly built ( usually within 2-3 weeks).
