Visit our showroom or give us a call! Our receptionist, Danielle Métivier, will gladly connect you with the right consultant for your project. They'll guide you to the products that best meet your needs.
Our technical director will then schedule a meeting with you to take measurements of your openings. They'll assess if any specific work is required for the installation of your new doors and windows, answer your questions, and help you plan a potential installation date. These 15 to 30-minute meetings are available Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM.
Quality Manufacturing
All our products are manufactured at our factory in Château-Richer, on the Côte-de-Beaupré in Quebec. Each item undergoes a thorough quality control check before leaving the factory. Our production director, Alain Giguère, ensures that your ordered products are manufactured within the planned timeframe.
Installation Day
Our technical director will confirm your installation 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled date. This gives you plenty of time to prepare for our installers' arrival using the downloadable document, "We Take Care of Your Door and Window Installation!" You'll also receive a copy of this short and practical document when you place your order.
Our installers arrive with a "factory-truck" equipped with all the necessary tools for the job. Feel free to ask them any questions you have about the installation while they're at your home. Before they leave, take a few moments to inspect the completed work. Our installers can review the work with you upon request.
Our installers will also clear away all debris before they depart.
Finishing Touches
And just like that, the job is done! After our installers leave, all you'll need to do is fill the small holes in the doorframes, paint them or touch up the surrounding areas, and install your door and window coverings.
