Since we handle both the architectural plans and have our own construction teams, our clients never get caught "between a rock and a hard place." This means our architecture department makes architectural choices that are optimal in terms of feasibility and construction costs. Before every build, a kick-off meeting is held with our project manager, superintendent, and the architecture department to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Our Construction Process
Our construction teams are well-informed about the specific characteristics inherent in all our constructions and the high quality standards we maintain. The construction process is supervised by our project manager, foremen, and carpenter-joiners, and it's also reviewed by a third party for various environmental certifications (such as Novoclimat and LEED) that adhere to rigorous standards.
