Gradwohl LLC, a boutique builder of luxury high end homes. Owned and managed on a daily basis by Bob Gradwohl. A Seattle native born and raised in the great northwest. Bob’s background in construction began at the age of 16 when he joined the carpenters union working summers and after school as an apprentice in the commercial construction sector. His natural artistic talents led him to pursue a fine arts education in college. Ultimately this compelled his artistic approach by entering into the residential housing market. Here he excelled in short plat land development in an effort to provide a steady stream of buildable lots. Aligning himself with a local architect he continued to influence the design and construction of award winning homes. Successful as this was his long term goal was to build in the high end custom home market. Collaborating with top architects and interior designers in Seattle he built on his reputation to excel in this high demand arena. His artistic eagle eye and calming influence with clients proved to endear him with architects, designers and a long list of satisfied clients.
