Heating and cooling has been our family trade for over a century. Grandpa Dave Watkins served in the Air National Guard where he received HVAC training. He eventually started a commercial/industrial company with his three sons. In 1992, seeing a need in the community, Dave's son Randy shifted the focus of the company to homeowners who value high-quality service, with his son David joining him to build on that vision. For the past decade, David has led Watkins Heating & Cooling as CEO, elevating the family's promise of exceptional service. Today, our family HVAC business has grown to nearly 50 in-house employees and a fleet of service vans.
