Morin Contracting Services is a commercial and industrial general contractor providing services across New Hampshire. Our services include new construction, construction management, design-build, renovations, structural repairs, infrastructure upgrades and commercial building maintenance. What makes MCS different is that we combine today’s construction management style with grass roots general contracting. Our abilities not only allow us to oversee and manage a project but also as a general contractor to self-perform a wide variety of work divisions in-house and with our own crews. This approach not only gives us better control of keeping a project on schedule but it also controls overall costs as we are able to collectively cover both management and construction all together.
