Heneghan Associates, (HA) was founded in 1986, as a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm. We provide professional services to public and private sector clients. Our team of highly respected, educated, and experienced personnel has grown to a staff of more than 30 employees with offices in Mt. Vernon, Columbia and Jerseyville, Illinois and Arnold, Missouri. We select our personnel for their technical abilities and willingness to participate in the collaborative process — necessary for successful project outcomes.
