Todd Grunwaldt opened his own Architectural firm in 1994 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and has specialized in assisted living projects while designing a wide variety of architecture in and around Central Wisconsin. Jim Halverson began his engineering business in 1999 in Black River Falls, Wisconsin and has specialized in a wide variety of structural designs for buildings. In 2014 Jim and Todd decided to join together and create Grunwaldt and Halverson, LLC an Architectural and Engineering firm. They have since grown together and continue to work throughout Wisconsin but have also begun to expand throughout the Midwest. In 2019 the company decided to move their home office to Madison, Wisconsin. They still have a presence in Stevens Point, but their main point of contact is 17 Applegate Court, Suite 203, Madison, Wisconsin. Our Collaborative process within our office and with our professional affiliates allows us to approach each project with an understanding of different perspectives involved in the design and construction process.
