Headquartered in New York City, A+I was founded in 1996 by Brad Zizmor and Dag Folger. At the time, the blossoming dot-com era was fertile ground for reinventing workplace design to meet the evolving needs of its workers. For nearly 30 years, we have stayed at the forefront of workplace design, harnessing information and creativity to build ambitious, amenity-rich spaces for innovative organizations across the world, such as Squarespace, Le Truc, Equinox, and Peloton. Likewise, we collaborate with future-facing developers, including Silverstein, Hines, and Vornado Realty Trust, to create highly desirable workplace community and amenity spaces, as seen at PENN 1 and theMART, that differentiate buildings and drive value.
