In that same spirit, when you choose our company, you work directly with us—Marie-Pier and Philippe, the owners of Toundra. It's essential for us to remain accessible and oversee every project personally. That’s why our goal isn’t to become a bigger company, but rather to grow and evolve through projects that we are genuinely passionate about. In addition to the two of us, Toundra has two experienced carpentry teams. Our values also extend to our choice of subcontractors and design partners (architects, designers, technologists), with whom we share strong relationships, clear communication, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

We are fully equipped to build your home to Passive House, LEED, and Novoclimat certification standards, or to simply draw inspiration from them to create a home that reflects your unique needs. After all, every home we build is a reflection of its owners.
To that end, we have many options to suggest: insulating your home with hempcrete, installing a rainwater harvesting system that could cut your drinking water consumption in half, providing access to a wide selection of sustainable materials, proposing interior finishes with zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), and more.
